    • What is adoration at a Catholic church?
Adoration is a sign of devotion to and worship of Jesus Christ, who is believed by Catholics to be present Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity, under the appearance of the consecrated host, that is, sacramental bread. Peter’s Basilica, Pope John Paul II prayed for a perpetual adoration chapel in every parish in the world.

What is holy hour of adoration?
Holy Hour (Latin: sanctus hora) is the Roman Catholic devotional tradition of spending an hour in Eucharistic adoration in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament. A plenary indulgence is granted for this practice. The practice is also observed in some Anglican churches.

What do you pray during adoration?
We thank You for Your body and we thank You for Your blood that unites us, Amen. 1 Corinthians 10:16-17. Eternal God, I bless Your Name because You are awesome, and You are holy. 1 Corinthians 10:21-22. Precious Lord, I magnify Your Name because You sit high and lifted up! 1 Corinthians 11:20-22.

Can you pray the rosary during adoration?
It is very appropriate to pray the Holy Rosary at some time during adoration . To begin with, the prayer does not focus on Our Lady. If understood as it is supposed to be, the Holy Rosary is entirely centered on Christ.
