General Information

• A Baptism Certificate is required from each new student, and from each student in a sacrament preparation class (First Reconciliation, First Communion, and Confirmation).
• The calendar is here. We follow the Barnstable Public School Cancellation Policy, when school is canceled due to inclement weather- all Parish activities are also canceled.

Grades 1-7 and Confirmation I:

• It is important to participate in the Mass and the sacraments and to pray together regularly.
• We strongly recommend each family to be registered as parishioners in our community. 
• The classes for Grades 1-7 and Confirmation I will meet every other Tuesday from 6-7:30 pm at the Saint John Paul II High School.  
• Each session, children will meet in classrooms with their teachers followed by a lesson and prayers with the Priest in the Chapel. 
• * Grade X is for children who are in higher than 2nd Grade, but have not prepared to receive their First Communion

Confirmation II:

• Confirmation II classes will meet every other Tuesday from 6:30-8pm in the Fr. Duffy Pastoral Center (“Duffy House” 357 South Street).
• Confirmation is a 2-year program beginning in grade 8.

Tuition Information

• All class materials that we are using are included with tuition. 
• Grades 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8*- $100.00
• First Communion (Grades 2 and X) and Confirmation II (Grade 9+)- $150.00 
• Each additional child is eligible for a $50.00 discount. Please contact the office before making a payment if there are any questions. 
• Tuition payment may be made online using the link on the registration page, or by contacting the parish office to pay by cash or check. 
• Special consideration is available to families experiencing a temporary financial crisis. No child will be turned away due to financial difficulty. If you require assistance, please contact Franciele Ferias at ccd@sfxhyannis.org
