Dear Volunteers

Thank you for your involvement in our parish!

A few things are required before you begin volunteering:

New volunteers need to complete the CORI and online training
Renewal volunteers need to complete CORI and Code of Conduct.
 

1)   CORI Acknowledgement form: valid for 1 year. The forms are available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

2)      A copy of your current photo ID: due each year with your CORI

3)   Safe Environment online training: valid for 6 years upon completion. Instructions are available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Please save the completion certificate for your records and let the office know when you have completed the training.

4)   Anyone volunteering who is under the age of 18 must complete a YOUTH Code of Conduct form, valid for 1 year. 

5)     There is also an ADULT Code of Conduct form that needs to be completed, for anyone over the age of 18.
